The General Services Administration oversees the use of federal government buildings, and under several Freedom of Information Act requests from various reporters, they released the above financial documents regarding the lease. As far as I can tell, none of the requesters have posted these documents.
The docs include summaries of project costs (heavily redacted), certificates of financial status, and a summary of an independent audit.
