Pruitt's bio first appeared on the EPA website on February 17, 2017, the day he was confirmed (after lying under oath to the Senate). The Internet Archive's Wayback Machine captured it for the first time around 7:48 that evening, as you can see here. Here's a screenshot:
On February 22, the bio was changed. The second paragraph was cut (and an official portrait of Pruitt had replaced the snapshot that was first used):
